1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the ExanorOS platform ("Service"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind any entity you represent.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
ExanorOS provides an AI-powered personal assistant platform that enables Users to interact with and manage third-party services (including email, calendar, messaging, and financial systems) through a conversational interface. The Service may access and analyze data from connected accounts, generate content and recommendations, and execute actions on behalf of the User.
2B. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Users may not use the Service to send spam, harass or harm any individual, engage in fraudulent communications, violate applicable law, transmit malware, impersonate any person or entity, or access accounts without proper authorization. ExanorOS reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access for violations.
3. USER AUTHORIZATION & AGENCY
By connecting third-party accounts, you expressly appoint ExanorOS and its AI systems as your limited agent for executing actions within granted permissions. You authorize access to, processing of, and interaction with your data, and acknowledge that actions may be taken automatically without real-time approval. You retain full responsibility for supervising and configuring automation.
4. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ExanorOS is not liable for any actions taken on your behalf by the AI system, including emails sent, events created, messages posted, or documents signed. You are responsible for reviewing AI actions before they are taken where possible, and for any consequences of automated actions.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lima, Ohio.
